Help to ensure you receive the e-mail updates

We send out regular email updates:
We send out a weekly 'Jobs Update' and keep you informed about news, training and events at regular intervals.

Unfortunately we do not have the facility to allow you to choose which topic you would like to receive email updates about, but we hope that you will find it useful to be kept up to date about all SfL related news in the region. Therefore, please be aware that if you choose to list our Jobs Updates as spam you may also stop receiving our other updates.

If you find that you do not receive or stop receiving emails:
This may because your internet service provider, e-mail service or IT department is protecting your system against spam and unfortunately our emails have been mistakenly identified as spam as well. To help solve this problem we suggest the following:

Your e-mail software
Add admin@eastmidlandscpd.co.uk into your ‘safe sender’ list. It may also help to put the domain eastmidlandscpd.co.uk in the list. If you use Hotmail or Gmail, add our e-mail to your address book.

Your anti-spam software
If you have anti-spam software running on your machine such as Norton, McAfee, Kaspersky or AVG, add our e-mail address admin@eastmidlandscpd.co.uk and domain eastmidlandscpd.co.uk to the safe sender list.

Your IT Department or Internet Service Provider:
If your IT department or Internet Service Provider (ISP) is blocking our email before it ever reaches your machine.

Please advise your ISP and IT department to allow e-mails to come through to you from admin@eastmidlandscpd.co.uk and from our IP address 212.227.65.228. This is called ‘whitelisting’. If you find out that our IP address has been blocked please inform the webmaster so we can investigate the situation.

If none of the above work consider using a different e-mail address.
